Ernest John Spender, today, at 20080508, is the longest serving judge
on the Federal Court of Australia. He epitomizes the corruption in
Australian political, judicial, public sector and legal realms. It was
an open secret in Brisbane, Australia, in 1974, that Mellifont and
Spender were a corrupt duo of labor lawyers, engaged in blatant
corruption, including secretly ganging up on a disabled guy, to cause
him loss of pay for FOUR MONTHS. The young disabled guy was not
sufficiently savvy to know this open secret of the Spender-Mellifont
corruption, so was cheated and ripped-off by Spender. Now, in the
ultimate hypocritical style, Spender speaks from the bench as though he
is a champion of the disabled. He is a lying cheating criminal
parasite. The reader can see by the dates of these articles, [published
in print on these various date, and received into various libraries in
Australia and concurrently online], these extremely serious allegations
of wrong doing and gross lack of fitness to judge anyone, have
apparently had Spender acceptance and agreement with them. By Spender
remaining to sit on these various court benches, he places them all
into disrepute. Note, Spender is placing these courts into disrepute,
by his actions past and present, not myself, by simply airing them.
Spender is just the tip of gross labor corruption which involves police
and most labor appointments to senior office. As I detail in the many articles collected on my website under the URL listed in banner above against the term WEB:, . Because of Spender\'s history, he CANNOT BE TRUSTED. He is a lying, cheating rogue and scoundrel.
